Toobah puts your pitch in front of the players looking for somewhere to play today, and gives you a dashboard for the bookings, the prices, your staff and the money.
How to start
Five steps, and nothing to pay before we approve.

Apply
A short form: the business name, your name, your phone and email, your city, and how many pitches you have. We confirm your email with a 6-digit code so we know we can reach you.

We review it
We call you or message you on WhatsApp, agree the details and the price, and then approve the application.
- 3
Set up your venue
You get a link to choose a password, then add your pitches, opening hours, prices, photos and policies. We review what you have set up with you.
- 4
Pay the subscription
Bank transfer, ZainCash or cash. You enter the reference, we confirm it, and your subscription period starts.

Your pitch goes live
It becomes searchable and bookable in the app, and bookings start arriving in your dashboard.

Every booking with its status, its payment and its player, with search, filters and export.
A day and week schedule
See your pitches hour by hour, add a booking yourself, and block off maintenance.
Flexible prices
A base price per pitch, plus rules for weekdays, peak hours and offers.
Check-in
A front-desk screen that confirms the player arrived and the cash was taken.
Earnings and payouts
What was collected, what is outstanding, and every transfer to your account itemised.
A team with roles
Owner, manager, front desk and finance. Each role sees only what it needs.

The subscription
You subscribe monthly per venue, and we take no commission on bookings: the booking money is yours in full, and a payout deducts only what the transfer costs.
The subscription is counted per venue and starts once the first payment is confirmed. When a period ends we remind you before and after it, your dashboard stays open, and the bookings you already have are honoured.
