Refund policy
Until the full policy is published here, this is what governs a refund.
Cancelling and changing
Each venue has a cancellation policy, shown before you confirm, and that policy governs any refund. If a venue cancels a confirmed booking without good reason, we take it up with them and refund what was paid online.
Asking for a refund
Write to info@toobah.net or call 0787 879 1111 with the booking code.
